What Happens When You Join

Step 1:

Once you have chosen your level of support, you will receive a confirmation email with an enclosed consultation form.


The consultation form is designed to help us understand your goals, history and lifestyle.


You will also receive a second email with the link to download our exclusive coaching app.



Step 2:

After receiving your consultation form, we will assign you a performance coach (or Rosalind if joining The Proximity Experience) who will begin creating your customised nutrition, habits and training protocols inside the Feed My Health app.

Your assigned coaching will then reach out to you on the app to introduce themselves and organise a chat with you.



Step 3:

You begin your Fat Loss Foundations phase, with check-ins, guidance and accountability.

Hi, I'm Rosalind

I'm a mum of three teenagers, 5 cats, 3 chickens,
and the founder and owner of Feed My Health.


For years I struggled with exactly the
same challenges as you!

Always on a diet.
Starting again every week.
Losing motivation by Thursday.
Feeling like my body was working against me.

Eventually, I realised the problem wasn’t willpower as I had thought.


The problem was having no sustainable strategy, and trying to exercise and eating in a way that felt like punishment.


I refused to accept that I needed to spend my life yo-yo dieting.

I wanted to look great all year-round, but also enjoy life's little pleasures with my friends and family.

So I decided to solve that dilema!

After studying a science-backed nutritional therapy degree, and undertaking multiple coaching qualifications in order to support all women at any stage of life and the many challenges they face, I am passionate about sharing everything I have learnt.

I want to show women that they don't need to adopt such hideous and restrictive methods to lose weight for a short time and then regain that and more!


Over the last decade, my team and I have helped over 1000 women create bodies and lifestyles they can be proud of.
