Every woman’s starting point, goals, and challenges are different, but if you follow our Free in 3 Method, you’ll start noticing changes in your energy, confidence, and habits within the first few weeks. Most clients see visible results within the first 90 days, and we set you up to maintain and build on those results for life.
Your investment is £297 per month for 12 months, or you can choose to pay £3,000 upfront (a saving of £564).
This is a 12-month commitment, whether you pay monthly or annually, because real, lasting transformation takes time, and we’re not about quick fixes.
After your initial 12 months, your membership will simply continue on your chosen payment option unless you give us 30 days’ notice. Many of our clients stay for years, not because they have to, but because they love the results, the accountability, and the community.

The first email will have a consultation form and T's & C's form.
The second will have your personal link to download our coaching app. This is where your personalised programme, resources, community and coaches communication will be housed.
